We have two styles of accommodation, a standard room which has two queen beds and a kitchenette room which has a queen bed plus a foldout sofa bed, microwave, cutlery/crockery, sink and a toaster.  All rooms have linen, mini fridges, interlocking doors, tea/coffee making facilities, colour TV, DVD, telephone, ceiling fans and hairdryers.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

A deposit of one night's accommodation is required upon making a reservation. All major credit cards accepted. If you are using Diners or Amex a 3% surcharge will apply.
For cancellations 72 hours or more prior to arrival date, deposit is fully refundable.
For cancellations less than 72 hours prior to arrival, one night's cancellation charge applies.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

Couran Point Island Beach Resort's terminal is located at berth D18, Marina Mirage, Sea World Dve, Main Beach . Marina Mirage provides free 24 hour security patrolled undercover parking.

TRANSPORTATION:

Our Bigcat ferry service operates daily between Marina Mirage and Couran Point Island Beach Resort. It is one hour cruise each way.
Departure time from Marina Mirage is 10.00am.
Guests are asked to check in between 9.00am – 9.30am.
Departure time from the island is 2.45pm.
Alternatively if this is not convenient, we can arrange a water taxi, sea plane or helicopter transfer at an additional cost.

LUGGAGE:

As stowage space on our ferry is limited, please ensure you carry hand baggage and any items you may need immediately upon arrival with you.
Items or contents valued over $200.00 are to be kept on your person. Your large items of luggage will be delivered to the pick up area outside reception for your collection.
Couran Point Island Beach Resort will not accept any liability for lost or damaged luggage.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:

Check in time to your room is between 11.30am and 2.00pm.
Check out time from your room is 10.00am.

DEPARTURE:

You are welcome to continue using our resort facilities until Bigcat departs the island at 2.45pm.
Changing rooms/bathrooms are available for your use at the main restaurant.

OTHER:

Don't forget to bring your swimmers, hat, sunscreen and beach towel. Strictly no food or drinks to be brought onto our ferry or onto the island. Excludes baby food/special dietary requirements.
Our resort shop stocks standard groceries/toiletries. Fresh fruit or any supplies can be ordered daily through reception.
Guests arriving in their own boats – no eskies/drinks to be brought onto the island.
Management have the right to confiscate any of these items upon arrival.
